Of the 301 people living in Pisinemo CDP in 2019, 54.5 percent (164) were women and 45.5 percent (137) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Pima News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 89-to-86. In the 65 and over age range, there were 11 females and 21 males.
