Northern Arizona University recently issued the following announcement.
This workshop will introduce techniques using breath, mental focus, and gentle movement to support a healthy and balanced life. People, especially those who sit for long hours at a computer, can benefit greatly from brief, simple, targeted yoga practices. The aim is to share practices that you can implement on your own throughout your workday. No prior experience is necessary, though experienced practitioners are also welcome. No special clothing or equipment is needed. This is a free workshop.
