Sahuarita Unified School District issued the following announcement on Sept. 15.
Pima County Health Department is administering a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for all eligible school and community members today.
@Sahuarita Primary School Gym
4:00 PM-7:30 PM
9/15 (first dose)
10/13 (second dose)
Available vaccines:
Pfizer (ages 12+), Moderna (ages 18+), and Johnson and Johnson (ages 18+)
A parent/guardian must complete and return the consent form, https://bit.ly/3gEiAvE, prior to eligible youth under the age of 18 receiving the vaccination.
