Tucson Fire Department issued the following announcement on Sept. 24.
Station 23 is on the campus of the Headquarters for Raytheon Missiles & Defense. The military contractor is the region's largest employer with over 13,000 employees.
The Tucson Fire Department is under contract to provide fire and EMS services to the employees on campus.
A unique station, Station 23 is home to one engine and four firefighters on each shift.
