Green Valley Recreation issued the following announcement on Oct. 1.
Currently, there is a proposal to have an event that focusses just on seven outdoor sports: Bocce, shuffleboard, pickleball, tennis, swimming, volleyball, and bicycling. To make this happen, GVR needs to hire an experienced event coordinator and recruit volunteers.
The event coordinator role could be limited to the games, or could become a permanent position at GVR. Interested? Email HR@gvrec.org.
