University of Arizona Athletics issued the following announcement in Jan. 8.
The Arizona Swim and Dive team competed this weekend when the men took on SMU while the women competed in an exhibition meet with NAU.
The Arizona men proved to be victorious over the SMU Mustangs by a score of 179.5 to 109.5.
Brooks Fail once again paved the way to victory for the Wildcats, as he won all of his individual events on the weekend in the 200 fly, 400 IM, 500 & 1000 free.
Ryan Purdy was the other Wildcat on the weekend to take home first place honors in multiple events, winning the 100 & 200 back events.
