Members in attendance (in-person or via Zoom) are encouraged to share their concerns and comments with the Board at various designated times at most meetings.
- Comments must remain businesslike and respectful.
- Profanity, berating, shouting, and disrupting the business of the meeting is not permitted.
- Members who persist with problematic behavior will be asked to leave, and if necessary, the meeting will be adjourned. The member/s in question will subsequently hear from GVR administration to discuss Section II, Subsections 1 and 5 of the Corporate Policy Manual.
