The W. Anne Gibson-Esmond Station Library is now showcasing Esmond Station students’ Future City projects!
This year's challenge: to create a waste free city for the future. Teams created a project plan, budget, essay, scaled model (not exceeding their $100 budget), and a video presentation; then they answered questions from engineering judges.
Team Estrella took 5th place and Team Antalya took 3rd place out of the state of Arizona!
Team Terra Di More won best video and Team Valstand won best essay for the whole state of Arizona.
Over 60 teams competed in the state of Arizona. All of the teams did an amazing job!
