Of the 382 people living in Topawa CDP in 2020, 37.4 percent (143) were women and 62.6 percent (239) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Pima News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 76. In the 65 and over age range, there were 39 females and 23 males.
