Of the 5,337 people living in Rincon Valley CDP in 2020, 46.3 percent (2,473) were women and 53.7 percent (2,864) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Pima News.

There were as many males 18 and over as females. In the 65 and over age range, there were 511 females and 604 males.
