What is Tai Chi? Tai Chi is a gentle form of movement combining breathing and body awareness.
What are the benefits of Tai Chi? Tai Chi is for enjoyment. You can have fun doing Tai Chi in a safe, welcoming space. Tai Chi can also help increase strength, balance, and resilience.
Modifications will be offered to suit participants needs. No experience is required.
This program is suitable for ages 14 and up. Chairs will be provided if you want to sit and/or stand.
