The Town of Sahuarita’s Planning and Building Department is proposing to amend the residential zoning code and wants feedback from the citizens of Sahuarita.
These proposed code changes will better reflect the Town’s character, accommodate evolving trends in housing such as tiny homes or smaller lot detached homes, and simplify codes for easier use. The proposed amendments do not apply to Rancho Sahuarita or make changes to established Specific Plans such as Madera Highlands, Quail Creek, etc.
On September 26th we will be holding a study session with Planning and Building and Town Council. The study session will begin at 6pm at Town Hall in the Council Chambers. We encourage all you to join as this will help us determine the impact of these changes.
