Calling all young artists in Sahuarita!

The Town of Sahuarita Parks, Recreation, and Community Resources Department is holding an art design contest for Fiesta Sahuarita 2023! The top 3 winning designs will receive an awesome prize! The top ten designs will be displayed at the event and in Fiesta Sahuarita Marketing Materials! Please read all of the contest rules before submitting your entry.

Contest Rules:

Notice: By submitting a design, the artist gives consent to the Town of Sahuarita Parks, Recreation and Community Services to use their design at the event and in marketing materials. They also give their consent to any necessary alterations of the design.

Grade: This contest is open to students in grades K - 12.

Size: The size of your submission must be 8.5 x 11 in. It can be landscape or portrait.

Theme: Be creative as you would like! Submissions should represent our Fiesta Sahuarita event and include the words "Fiesta Sahuarita" in the design. Only hand-drawn, original designs will be accepted. Inclusion of copyright material will disqualify an entry.

Due date: the last day to submit entries will be April 1st, 2023.

All submissions will remain anonymous until the winners are chosen. Once the deadline for submissions has passed, Town of Sahuarita Employees, Town Council, and the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Commission will participate in a voting process to select the winners.
