The Town of Sahuarita has announced the availability of its 2026 Annual Sponsorship Program, which allows businesses and organizations to support community events while gaining visibility among local residents and visitors.

According to the town, sponsors can choose from several levels. Signature Sponsors contribute $10,000 (or $9,000 for early registration) and can select up to eight benefits, such as social media videos and banners on sports fields. Contributing Sponsors pay $5,000 (or $4,500 early bird) for four benefits, including options like event radio spotlights. Supporting Sponsors offer $2,000 ($1,800 early bird) for two benefits such as social media stories or vendor locations.

All participating sponsors receive additional perks including waived Parks Use Permit fees for the year, VIP parking at events, and recognition on the Parks & Recreation website.

Sponsors will be associated with key annual events throughout 2026. These include Fiesta Sahuarita on April 5—a celebration highlighting Southern Arizona’s culture; Camp Sahuarita from June 2 through August 1—a youth summer camp serving children in Sahuarita and South Tucson; Stars & Stripes on July 4—an Independence Day event with music and fireworks; and Winterfest on December 13—a seasonal gathering featuring hot cocoa, shopping opportunities, light displays, and a drone show.

Other sponsorship opportunities are also available for special events and recreation programs upon request. Interested parties can find more information or apply at sahuaritaparksandrec.org/sponsorship. For questions or assistance, the Sponsorship Team is available by email at sponsors@sahuaritaaz.gov or by phone at 520-445-7850.
