Thursday’s varsity softball contest brings the Walden Grove Red Wolves up against the Tanque Verde Hawks at 5 p.m. at Walden Grove High School.
The Red Wolves approach this matchup after a defeat by the Desert Vista Thunder.
During the previous season, the Hawks edged out the Red Wolves 1-0.
Walden Grove is scheduled to play the Willcox Cowboys at home on Friday, Feb. 27, following this contest.
